Growing up in El Paso, Ina Minjarez learned the value of education from parents who worked multiple jobs and required her to study at every opportunity. Her path to the Texas Legislature traveled through Notre Dame, law school and a legal practice, all of which prepared her to fight for social justice at every turn.
